Breaking News!
There's now a better version of this tool, written by Stefan Sundin, called AltDrag (quite an obvious naming choice in retrospect). I suggest using that one instead, as it works with both 32bit and 64bit programs, and is much more customizable than Win-X-Move.

About

This program makes window manipulation (moving/resizing) under MS-Windows, much easier. You can now move and resize by alt-dragging on any point of the window with the left and right mouse button respectively, as it's done on most X11 window managers.

Download

Download Win-X-Move 1.1 from my website.

Download Win-X-Move 1.1 from the sourceforge download page.

To use Win-X-Move, just get the winxmove.exe and wxm_hook.dll from the archive, extract them anywhere you want and place a shortcut for the executable to your startup menu, in order to automatically launch win-x-move each time you log in.
